Detection principle of magnetic flux leakage detector

Introduction
Magnetic flux leakage testing refers to the use of magnetic traces to display defects in ferromagnetic materials and their products.Magnetic flux leakage testing: Magnetic particle testing can detect small defects that are exposed on the surface and cannot be directly observed with the naked eye or with the help of a magnifying glass. It can also detect near surface defects that are not exposed but buried a few millimeters below the surface.
Details
Abstract: The principle of magnetic flux leakage flaw detector is: the steel pipe is magnetized under the action of an external magnetic field. When there are no defects in the steel pipe, the magnetic lines of force are closed in the pipe wall and evenly distributed. If there are defects in the inner or outer wall of the pipe, the magnetic path becomes narrower, the magnetic lines of force are deformed, and part of the magnetic lines of force will pass through the pipe wall to generate leakage flux. The induction coil located between the two magnetic poles and close to the pipe wall, that is, the probe detection method, is used to detect the electromagnetic detection method of leakage magnetic field to find defects, that is, the steel pipe magnetic flux leakage flaw detection method.
